Refund policy

I offer a 14-day return policy for metal prints. If you wish to make a return, please email me at maryellenchiles@gmail.com. 

Part 1 - Scratches:

Please note that these pieces are created on thin sheets of aluminum, so they must be handled with ease. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item arrives damaged! I want to make it right and will work with my printer to create a replacement at no cost to you.

I will need photos of the original so I can review them with my printer to negotiate an exchange.

You do not need to return the original if it arrives damaged.

If my printer deems the piece to be in excellent condition, refer to part 2:

Part 2 - Changed your mind?

Undamaged metal prints must be in excellent condition and remain in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If so, payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received a refund, please contact me at maryellenchiles@gmail.com.
